Art 4 - RIGHT OF RECESS

Art 4-1 - Right of withdrawal:
The customer can take advantage of the right of withdrawal, sending notice within 30 days of the date of receipt of the purchase. The communication must be made by telephone by contacting Customer Service at 0296451852  or by sending the withdrawal form to the following address: [email protected]
After that deadline, the return will no longer be feasible.

Art 4-2 - Condition of exchange and refund:
Mec Shopping s.r.l. will be required to accept the return of the items returned in their original packaging (shoe box, plastic coating) and perfectly preserved. Otherwise, the rescans will be rejected.
Returned products may be credited or refunded.

Art 4-3

Mec Shopping s.r.l. will refund payments received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs, within 14 days of the day when it is aware of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.

Mec Shopping s.r.l. will refund using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not have to incur any cost such as result of the refund.

In the case of payment on delivery, the customer will have to provide an IBAN code or the number of a PostePay card on which the refund will be made.

Art 4-4
For all products returned for withdrawal/reimbursement, the transport costs from the Customer to Mec Shopping will be free only when the first withdrawal/refund occurs.
From the second recess/refund, the costs applied for the transport of items from the Customer to Mec Shopping will be as follows:

- 5.90€ per withdrawal/refund from Italy except for the following areas
- 11.90€ for smaller islands

In the case of products returned per exchange, shipping costs from Mec Shopping to the Customer will always be applied regardless of the total amount of the order.

Art 4-5
The customer must notify Mec Shopping S.r.l., on the www.mecshopping.it site, all disputes related to the product(s) sent), reporting the defects found or the discrepancies with respect to the order, within 60 days of receiving the package.
Mec Shopping S.r.l. will not accept any complaint or dispute beyond that time.
Mec Shopping S.r.l., within 10 days of receiving the complaint, will have to respond to the consumer. In the event of a complaint, Mec Shopping S.r.l. undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the expense incurred or to make the change of the altered, missing, or non-matching products.
