This document (General Terms of Sale) defines the conditions applicable to the sales concluded between, those who buy on the Website of Mec Shopping s.r.l. www.mecshopping.it, (from now on called 'CLIENT' and the company Mec Shopping S.r.l., with headquarters in Via Delle Groane 43 - 20024 Garbagnate M.se (Milan), P.IVA/Cod.Fisc 10284050969, called 'SELLER'.
The conditions govern the relationship between Mec Shopping and consumers.

Art 1 - ORDERS
Art 1-1: How to buy.
Buying on the website www.mecshopping.it is feasible 7days a week, 24 hours a day.
To make your purchase on the internet, you must perform the following methods:
- connect to your account or create an account for new customers
- choose your item, indicating the color and size.
- add to the cart;
-choose: whether to continue my purchases or confirm my cart
- choose your shipping mode
- choose your payment method
- check the detailed summary before the final confirmation of your order
- Once the payment has been made, an order number will be assigned to your order. An email confirming your order will be sent to the address indicated by the customer.
The customer will be able to view the status of his order by accessing his account on the Mecshopping.it website.
We recommend that you carefully check your order once completed.
Mec Shopping S.r.l. will enforce the orders received on the website, in the limit of stock availability. In the absence of availability of one or more ordered items, Mec Shopping S.r.l. undertakes to inform the customer and the customer can choose another color (or size depending on the item) or request a refund of the ordered items.
In the case of the refund, this will be carried out in a maximum of 14 days from the day of confirmation by the customer that they want to take advantage of the withdrawal
Orders will only be sent if they have been paid.
Art 2 - PAYMENTS
Art 2-1 The available payments are as follows:
- Credit card: Visa, Mastercard
- With PayPal Postepay With Pay Pal Account
- With Italian Post Office mark (an additional sum of 3,00€ will be charged)
Payments cannot be made with checks.
An order paid by bank card (visa, mastercard, paypal) will be charged immediately by our bank.
Confirmation of the order by the customer implies the acceptance of the latter, without reservation, of these General Terms of Sale.
Each order will have to be paid, commutative payments for different orders are not allowed.
Mec Shopping S.r.l., once the correct payment has been verified, will put the order in place.
Art 2-6 On invoice request
To request an invoice for a purchase, it is mandatory to send an email with the request to the email@example.com address within 48 hours of placing the order.
The following data must be specified in the invoice request: SOCIAL REASON, ADDRESS (STREET, POSTAL CODE, CITY, PROVINCE), VAT NUMBER, FISCAL CODE , TELEFONO NUMBER, E-MAIL ADDRESS, ADDRESS AND/OR ADDRESS PEC.
Please advise the customer that no request can be taken over if the above conditions are not met.
In addition, in the absence of the Recipient Code or PEC the invoice that will be issued will still be sent through the Revenue Agency and it will be the customer's care to download it from their tax drawer.
Art 3 - DELIVERY
Art 3-1 Delivery of orders
Mec Shopping s.r.l. will carry out the delivery of goods ordered by shipper (BRT or DHL), which will take care of the transport taking full responsibility from the moment of collection until delivery.
Art 3-2 Shipping Terms
Shipping and order management times are from 3days to 5 days: For destinations, such as islands or areas of Italy difficult to reach delivery times could increase up to 7 days.
Art 3-3 Delivery charges:
The products are delivered to the address indicated by the Customer during the purchase process, which may be different from the one indicated on the invoice.
Delivery costs in Italy with BRT:
- 5.90€ for each shipment to Italy except for the areas listed below
- 11.90€ for smaller islands
Delivery costs in EU with BRT or DHL:
- 10.00€ per shipment in the EU
For a minimum purchase of 50,00€ in Italy, the shipment will be free for the range of 5.90€ while for the range from 11.90€ it will be free for a minimum purchase of 100.00€
For a minimum purchase of 75,00€ in the EU, shipping will be free of charge
The customer will be required to specify in the address: building house number, staircase, digital code, floor and your name on the mailbox.
The courier will get in touch with the consumer via text message or email to inform him about the timing of the delivery. If the first attempt fails, the courier will issue a notice of its passage in order to set a new delivery date.
In the event that the package cannot be delivered for the reason of the return costs will be borne by the recipient and directly scaled by the total amount of your order, at the time of reimbursement or if the storage of the package was necessary for the reasons of the storage and return costs will be borne by the recipient.
Important caveats: in any case of non-picking of the goods will be charged the costs of storage (practical education expenses 9.92€ over 2.50€ for each day of stock, excluding VAT).
If the package is delivered late, the customer may not pick it up and possibly use the "return and refund" option.
Art 3-4 Shipment Tracking.

Art 4 - RIGHT OF RECESS
Art 4-1 - Right of withdrawal:
The customer can take advantage of the right of withdrawal, sending notice within 14 days of the date of receipt of the purchase. The communication must be made by telephone by contacting Customer Service at the + 39 0289735713 or by sending the withdrawal form to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org
After that deadline, the return will no longer be feasible.
Art 4-2 - Condition of exchange and refund:
Mec Shopping s.r.l. will be required to accept the return of the items returned in their original packaging (shoe box, plastic coating) and perfectly preserved. Otherwise, the rescans will be rejected.
Returned products may be credited or refunded.
Mec Shopping s.r.l. will refund payments received from the consumer, possibly including delivery costs, within 14 days of the day when it is aware of the consumer's decision to withdraw from the contract.
Mec Shopping s.r.l. will refund using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer has expressly agreed otherwise and provided that he does not have to incur any cost such as result of the refund.
In the case of payment on delivery, the customer will have to provide an IBAN code or the number of a PostePay card on which the refund will be made.
For all products returned for withdrawal/reimbursement, the transport costs from the Customer to Mec Shopping will be free only when the first withdrawal/refund occurs.
From the second recess/refund, the costs applied for the transport of items from the Customer to Mec Shopping will be as follows:
- 5.90€ per withdrawal/refund from Italy except for the following areas
- 11.90€ for smaller islands
In the case of products returned per exchange, shipping costs from Mec Shopping to the Customer will always be applied regardless of the total amount of the order.
The customer must notify Mec Shopping S.r.l., on the www.mecshopping.it site, all disputes related to the product(s) sent), reporting the defects found or the discrepancies with respect to the order, within 60 days of receiving the package.
Mec Shopping S.r.l. will not accept any complaint or dispute beyond that time.
Mec Shopping S.r.l., within 10 days of receiving the complaint, will have to respond to the consumer. In the event of a complaint, Mec Shopping S.r.l. undertakes to reimburse the Customer for the expense incurred or to make the change of the altered, missing, or non-matching products.
Art 5 - LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY
Art 5-1 Consumer Rights
All products are covered by the Legal Guarantee of Compliance provided by articles 128-135 of the Consumer Code.
The legal guarantee of compliance is provided by the Code of Consumption (Articles 128 and ss.) and protects the consumer in the case of the purchase of defective products, which do not malfunction or do not respond to the use declared by the seller or to which that asset is generally intended. The consumer may assert his rights to the legal guarantee of compliance by contacting the seller directly of the asset, even if it is different from the manufacturer. In the presence of a compliance defect, the consumer is entitled, of his choice, to the repair or replacement of the defective property by the seller, without charge of charges, unless the remedy requested is impossible or excessively burdensome respect to the other. If replacement or repair is not possible, the consumer is still entitled to the price reduction or to have a sum, commensurate with the value of the asset, in return to the seller of the defective product. The legal guarantee lasts two years after the delivery of the property and must be enforced by the consumer within two months of the discovery of the defect.
Art 5-2 Terms
The consumer waives the rights of Article 5-1 if he does not report the compliance defect to the seller within two months of the date he discovered the defect
Art 6 - ALTERNATIVE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEDURE
Art 6-1 ADR (Paritite Reconciliation)
According to art. 49 paragraph 1 letter V of D. Lgs. 6 September 2005 No. 206 (Consumer Code) the customer can take advantage of the Procedure of Parityconcilic Conciliation.
The procedure can be initiated if the consumer, after complaining to the company, has not received a reply within thirty days or has received a response that he deems to be satisfactory.

Art 6-2 ODR
Under art. 14 of Regulation 524/2013 informs the user that in the event of a dispute he will be able to file a complaint through the European Union's ODR platform, which can be reached at the following link http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/. Art 8-1 The security of transactions in credit card payments will be insured, via 128bit crackling, by PAYPAL Europe s.c.a.r.l.
