Methods of payment

Which are the payment methods?
The payment of the order can be accomplished through Credit Card(VISA,Mastercard,PostePay), through Paypal or Cash On Delivery (Paying in Cash when the delivery takes place).

How does it work for the Cash On Delivery payment method?
If you choose to pay on delivery, you should pay in cash, possibly the exact amount in order to avoid rest inconveniences, directly to the postman or private carrier representative entitled for the delivery.

Which are the refund methods for the returned goods?
-Refund directly on the Credit Card or PayPal account.                                                          

-Bank Transfer in case of Cash On Delivery (Bank coordinates will be requested IBAN)
Shipping charges and Cash On Delivery charges will not be refunded.

 

Return of the goods

How can i return an item?
Thanks to the guarantee "satisfied or refunded" you are entitled to the return of the goods within 14 days upon physical receipt of the package was taken. We will only accept items which were not used or warn, kept in the original packaging and conditions. In order to define the method of the return, you can contact our Customer Service at

How long do I have to wait for the refund of the items that I have returned?
The estimated time frame for the refund can take up to 7 business days.

Shipping, which are the time frames of shipping?
The shipping is carried out between 3 to  5 starting from the next business day on which the order was placed. For the delivery, the time frame may vary based on the location.

What happens to the order is i’m not home when the delivery takes place?
If the delivery takes place through the Postal Service,  you will find a notification letter in your mailbox and you can pick up the package starting from the next day directly at the indicated postal office.  If the delivery takes place through Private Carrier, you’ll have to contact directly the carrier at the indicated phone number on the notification left, in order to organize a new delivery attempt.

Which are the shipping costs?
The shipping cost for deliveries with the Italian territory are of 5,90 euros for all orders below 50,00 euros. In case of orders above 50,00 euros, the shipping cost is free.
The shipping costs for minor islands are of 11,90 euros for all orders below 100,00 euros. In case of orders above 100,00 euros, the shipping cost is free.
Shipping costs for Europe are of 10,00 euros for all orders below 75,00 euros. In case of orders above 75,00 euros, the shipping cost is free.
For the Cash On Delivery payment method, 3,00 euros are added to the grand total of the order.

Can i ask for my first order to be delivered in an alternative shipping address rather than my residential one?
It is possible for the order to be shipped in an alternative address, different from the billing one. You will only have to submit such details during the checkout.

Can i change the delivery address?
Once the order is completed, in order to modify the delivery address, you’ll have to contact our Customer Care at

USAGE of Coupons

I have to conclude an order but i;m not being able to submit the coupon code because an error message appears as wrong or expired. How can I proceed?
